You will have to prove that it will make a substantial difference in your child’s life to move them from their other parent. He wouldn’t move houses every 2 days with 50/50. Do you realize how hard it will be on them to move away from their other parent that I’m assuming has been involved their whole life. Florida doesn’t do custody, they do time sharing. If you move Florida has jurisdiction so basically they could grant the relocation for you but your child would have to stay in Florida since they have jurisdiction you would essentially give up most rights.
Is his family involved with the child? Or would they claim to be? If so the court will never let you take the child out of state unless you can prove abuse
I am in the same situation but in another country. I finally filed for it and judge will decide. Fight for it!
