I think there is an option on Instagram where you can stop certain hashtags from showing up in your algorithm. (I’m not sure how - but you could google it) If you find yourself thinking about it all the time, you can try a brain dump. Keep a notebook handy and write down all the things that are running through your mind. It helps move them out of the forefront. Then you can revisit it when you feel ready and can determine if some of those thoughts are worth pursuing or if they are a bit irrational because you’re spiraling. It’s so hard not to think about it all the time with your first! Give yourself some grace as your body is working so hard!
