Cervical prolapse

Hey So I gave birth on the 10th and my cervix has re prolapsed and is literally hanging. Out when I got to the toilet and I’m in agony when sitting down has anyone got some tip/advice what I can do please I’m in so much pain and the midwifes have said they will re-refer me but nothing much they can do for me
