It might go back up…. But I’m not sure because it sounds severe… can u go to the er?
@Cire I’m stilll in hospital atm as baby’s not been very well because of how quickly the labour was and the midwife’s have said they will refer me But. It Much they can do to help
Stay in bed as much as possible; keep to a minimum w/ walking, standing and lifting anything heavier than your baby. Do not stay on the toilet longer than needed as that helps your pelvic floor to drop while sitting in that position with no support in the middle of the seat. If you live w someone and they will be home w you - let them know you will need their assistance bc being off your feet will be important to see if the prolapse will go back up on its own as you heal in the next few weeks.
