I am 4 weeks pregnant and experiencing left shoulder blade pain on back it is no cramping or bleeding though

You should definitely contact somebody - shoulder pain can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy which is a medical emergency. I hope it’s not that but better to be safe than sorry! X
