Bad food habits

My LG has started having questionable food habits and I’m starting to worry. How do you avoid it? Shes now saying ‘I don’t like it’s to everything, even when she’s not tried it. She’s also now only asking for unhealthy foods like chocolate, crisps etc. she’s not asking for fruit anymore. I think I’m at the point where i need to sort it now before it becomes really bad… I just don’t know how to do this. I had fears of food growing up and only had 4 safe foods for over 10 years and I absolutely do not want this to be what she’s like. Does anyone know how to help this situation? Shes 2.5yo (3 in February)

Firstly I know it will sound dum but stay away from the junk for awhile till this pasts and give it time kids are forever changing

My sons is the same age and autistic so the food thing is a battle. He won’t touch fruit at all but then again I don’t allow him chocolate often that’s literally a treat now and again. This is common for children this age and can be difficult to get around

Thanks both I make almost all of there snacks at home lots of rice cakes, pumpkin cupcakes etc, but the grandparents bring a never ending supply of chocolate They are coming round tonight again so I’ll have a word with them about it but it’s just hard work 😞
