Oof! With the time you have to go in, I’m sure it has changed your sleep schedule. It’s probably the adjustment to the time and to working outside the home. It’ll take some time to get used to. I don’t think the schedule is draining as once you subtract a 30 minute break (assuming) it’s only 8 and now 9 hours. But you’re also waking an hour and a half earlier on top, plus when you come home still getting in time as a mom or helping in the home. The schedule may not be draining, but once you put it all together, it seems a little draining, but it’s very new.
That sounds exhausting. But you might adjust to it after you are there for a month or two. I’d be worried about being too tired to give little one quality time
