I did practice drives to get a feel for the loading time& the daily traffic at pick up/drop off times. I made sure I left early so I could drive slower than normal. Also agree getting some meds or therapy between now and then. It does get easier, have patience with yourself and trust you got this
I have been driving them to and from school for the past two weeks with my sister in the car. However the whole time I'm sweating like crazy, internally panicking and just think of doing it alone is keeping me up at night. Will definitely reach out to my doctor thank you ladies
After having kids I started having driving anxiety it got better with time and more practice though but I agree with asking your doctor some meds and also I noticed after I started taking ashwagandha pills I haven’t been feeling anxious at all.

I’ve found a rhinestone steering wheel cover that I dig my hands into if I HAVE to drive. I struggle severely from driving anxiety. Nothing really helps me.
I would ask your doctor! maybe there is meds/therapy to help. I also have driving anxiety. I never even got my license 😭 don't be like me. Get help ❤️
