Stuffy nose

My LO keeps waking up at night with a stuffy nose 🤦🏼‍♀️ doesn't have a fever, its been like this for 1.5 months now, he is 2 months young. We told pediatrician about it, he said its normal🤦🏼‍♀️ What can I do to stop it from happening 🙈😔other twinnie and me can't sleep..

Mine had this. Turned out to be a dairy allergy that was causing congestion. Is there any other symptoms? Otherwise if they get colds that young, it does tend to linger for ages cos they're so small and it takes forever to drain.

Mine does it too twins.. 20 months old but I noticed it was dryness so I used a humidifier and it seems to improved now

So my little girl has the same thing as me and basically collects like snotty phlegm at the back of her throat. I took her to the GP, and they recommended saline drops/spray, and oh my gosh, it made a massive difference. It helps her so much to the point that I'm going to buy the adult version for myself to see if it helps me! I definitely recommend looking into it. If you're not sure, feel free to talk to your GP or pharmacist 😊 xx

@Rhi are the saline drops you got OTC or with prescription?

We use the saline spray but the problem doesn't go away 🤦🏼‍♀️
