I have my days like this and it's horrible. A little over 19 weeks.
I had this issue too! I realised then the more I worked out, the less it hurt. So I try to do one of those “grow with Jo” YouTube workouts for 45 minutes or an hour a day. And using like two water bottles as weights. They have helped soooo much to reduce lower back and pelvic pain😭. I’m 16 weeks and 3 days.
I'm almost 20 weeks and I'm that way
