ADVICE PLEASE 🙏

Good morning I have been in a lot of discomfort this week, with pressure down below, my back is killing and I think I may have a trapped nerve in my lower back/butt cheek. Also this smorning I have woken up to this on my legs, my legs are so swollen, and look like they’re going to burst and warm to touch. Can I have advice please. Redness is on both legs.
