My MIL tried to force me into “showing” my daughter to her friend (Lauren) whom I nor her son have ever met. Is it just me or was my first message unclear? No respect at all in my opinion to then still show up & park in our driveway instead of the street in the housing estate 🙈
(Also I initially said no at 1:50pm and she txt saying in driveway at 2:44pm)

The urge not to reply “my daughter isn’t a toy and she’s not meeting a random stranger just because it’s what you want”… tried to keep the peace and requested my OH chats to her in regards to her thinking this was ok…
And what happened? You/OH said no & Lauren did not see the baby right?!
If I said my baby is sick and no visitors and they asked again the same day I would not be polite at all
Yeah I just ignored her after the last text I sent and kept my blinds down & door locked as they were parked in our driveway clearly hoping I’d give in.. 🙈🙈
