Cradle cap

Any advice to get rid of cradle cap? Or just leave it? I carefully peeled a small bit off to see what it was like underneath, it's slightly pinker than the rest of his head (on far left of pic) Thanks

I used to rub baby oil into it and then gently brush to remove any loose flakes. Try not to pick at it

I rub hydromol into it and comb against the hair growth to get rid of the skin. Then leave the cream on for as long as possible to let it settle in

I use coconut oil or better avocado oil helps with reducing inflammation dryness and red itchy skin and a scalp exfoliate brush/ comb for babies

We used coconut oil to loosen them up prior to having a bath. Then we used the mustela cradle cap shampoo plus using frida baby cradle cap brush set. It did help our little one. 😊

Dentinox is amazing and a cradle cap brush whilst washing hair

@Natalya agreed! My girls cleared up after 2 washes

Coconut oil is really good or olive oil it helps to get it out just used hair brush after that have shower or bath don’t even worry about other products or anything like fancy waste your money

I used Frida brush and shampoo

I tried dentinox when our little boy was a baby and he had an awful reaction to it, so much so, it put me off trying anything else so I just left it and it got better on its own

When my little boy had it, it was really bad. He had so much hair that I hadn't seen it underneath. We used coconut oil and let it sit in his hair for about 30minutes. Then bathed him and washed his hair and used the frida cradle cap brush thing which got most of it out. The next day I washed his hair and just used the brush and it was gone.

We use to put coconut oil on it before a bath (30-60mins) with a hat on so it couldn’t rub off then we would gently scrub it in the bath

I just put some baby oil on my little man's head once a day and it keeps it under control

i have herd tubby todd cradle cap is really good for that

Another vote for dentinox and cradle brush x

Don’t peal or pick at it. Like everyone said, baby oil and a cradle cap brush.

We used the frida baby flake fixer kit with the mustela gentle shampoo (but pretty sure you can use it with your regular baby shampoo) and it was all gone after 3 baths. If we see anything coming back we just use it now for an odd bath and it seems to stay away.
