Nursery fee

I have received an invoice for nursery fees. My daughter is entitled to the funded 15 hours from January term. The nursery have not applied these funded hours for the first two weeks. Apparently because of the term start date, however I know other children have! They said it’s because it’s her first term? I am really confused, has anyone else had this issue?

I’d ask them for all the term start dates… this doesn’t sound right, should be from 1st!

I had a similar issue and it ended up being corrected. Worth giving them a call to discuss they’ve got dates correct.

Term starts on the 2nd of jan depending on where you are in the uk Nottinghamshire is 2nd but else where might be the 6th I would definitely ask for a term time break down for the year
