Tucks pads and dermaplast!
If you'll be breastfeeding, I'd highly suggest getting some good snacks because you'll come home and be ravenous the first few weeks lol
I recommend adult diapers! Less time consuming and a lot more comfortable to wear!
Always discreet diapers for women! Promise this will be one of your favorite purchases.
Peri bottle too!
If the hospital doesn’t provide them: - mesh underwear or Always discreet underwear/diapers (I just got one pack) - extra long or overnight pads - dermaplast - tuck’s - peri bottle (angled preferred) - stool softner - if breatfeeding/pumping then SNACKS
The hospital gave me enough mesh undeware. I didn’t wear them passed the first day home. They also gave me enough big pads. I just used overnight pads the first few days home and then my regular ones after. I had a c-section so I can’t speak for a vaginal delivery, but I didn’t need a lot. And the hospital supplied everything I needed. A peri bottle with the curved spout is suggested because the one the hospital provides isn’t great. I also got long ice packs to put down there (didn’t need cause c-section). They were nice for my incision though too.
