There’s a few ways I think. Either via PALS at the hospital - this could be feedback or a complaint which the hospital would respond to. There’s also reporting via the NMC https://www.nmc.org.uk/concerns-nurses-midwives/make-a-referral/ CQC also like to hear views

You could ask to make a complaint in person , I did before

I am going to report a midwife too. I was thinking for long if I should do it, but I have decided that I have to.
