My daughter drags herself everywhere 😂 she would prefer to stand and walk but we're still working on it
My boy is almost 9 months.. started to crawl but discovered he can stand and doesn’t want to do anything but stand and take small steps.. definitely skipping the crawling stage.
I have boy/girl twins. My daughter has no interest in crawling and would rather stand. My son loves to crawl but has no interest in standing/walking
My pediatrician said to me (my son was similar) that it’s fine if he does but it important to still encourage. I guess crawling is importantly for both sides of the brain to form cordination etc.. but otherwise she said it was fine if they skip it just as long as you still encourage. 🤷🏻♀️
My son wants to stand and walk (assisted) 24/7. He has no desire to crawl - he just wants to be on his feet and walk. My pediatrician wasn’t concerned at his 9 month. He can support his weight and can go from lay to sit on his own. He just wants to move!
My daughter is the same…she walks everywhere all day…I kind of prefer it to be honest
