Mine has more of what I call emotional outbursts. She has definitely started laying on the floor and crying but it's like a second long and then we redirect to something else or make her laugh and that helps a lot

Yes mine does as well! People say its there emotions but girl it is rough over here 😂
Had a second baby in September so that's contributing in sure but oh man, the whining drives me insane. I prefer the full blown tantrum over the incessant whining.
The whining killlllls me. And somehow my kid learned the phrase “let me” as in “let me have my cracker!” After he drops it while I’m driving. It makes my skin crawl.
@Maya my kiddos killer phrases right now are "get me" when age wants something she's been told she can't have and "I can't" when she very well can...and while it makes me crazy I also know this actually means "I want you to do it instead so I know I'm still special/ still matter/ you'll help me too not just baby", so heart breaking and crazy making

@dehilia YESSS! my son too , lays in the corner or something & then he’s fine .. like did the tears really come out ? 🤣 then is easily distracted

2.5 year old whines SO much now. If you say no she just goes “PLeeEaAase” And then the tantrum ensues
Mine has been so short tempered the past week or so! I can distract her pretty easily but this happens like 5x a day and she’s been crying more than usual. Idk if it’s a growth spurt or what!
