Need sleep

My LO is 13 months and is getting two teeth at the same time. She is also learning how to walk currently so for the last week I'm only having 3hrs a sleep a night as she's up all night. I've tired teething powder and pain relief but she can't have anything with lactose in. Anyone recommend anything? Willing to try anything from a very tired mumma
