Speech?
I’m really worried about my 16 month old speech. He used to say mama but no longer says it and now talks a lot of gibberish. He rarely responds to his name. I’m worried he is autistic

My baby is nearly 17 months and isn’t consistently saying any words!
If he isnot responding to his name. I would suggest plz get him checked. Fingers crossed
