Yeah my friends told me their girls did things faster than boys so I was expecting even before I had him…they did do everything before he did as I had 2G and then the boy. He even toilet trained later than the girls they clocked it at just under 2, he was just over 2 when he trained. Talked late, walked later than they did. Depends on the kid too but I epxected it and it was true for me
It is actually a myth that boys progress slower than girls. It has everything to do with the individual child's temperament and the support they are given to reach milestones
Nope both my boys have actually been faster than my girl in almost everything.
That’s very common. Girls..are….🫢 I won’t say it. 😂
My son was a faster learner and hit all milestones sooooo much sooner than my daughter did.
I can’t pick a side on boy vs girl but if she’s the 3rd she has a lot of siblings to wanna keep up with and that she watches do things than the first born or middle would’ve had. My daughter is always told she’s smart and advanced and hits milestones pretty well. But I remember her walking was a little slow (just my opinion) but soon as we spent 1 weekend with her cousin a little under 2 years older than her, her walking was about perfect (no falls and stumbles). So I could only imagine if she had 2 older siblings that she could study everyday on top of her parent(s).
Girls tend to progress faster than boys we even mature faster I’m not surprised
