Baby hates drinking water

My baby is 6 months old and we recently started solids. So far she really likes all the food i offer but she really hates drinking water. She was curious at first but now she started turning her head away as soon as she sees her cup. Should i keep offering or give it few days break then try again? Thank you x

Keep offering, but don't force it. If she turns her head away when you offer, leave it be. Maybe leave the cup on her tray for her to explore on her own terms

Only thing my LB would drink his water from at first was his baby bottle so I had a separate one just for water. And I slowly introduced a straw cup around 7/8 months and then he took to that as he was more used to drinking water with his meals

Honestly I never bothered with water until a year old. My kids both took to it very quickly at that point. I like to keep their water bottles (straw cups) a completely different style than their milk cups
