Temp in 1st trimester

We have spent all day in hospital for my partner due to cracked ribs and being unwell. I have now become very unwell too, my temperature has been 39.2, dropping to 37.7 and then going up 20 mins later again to 39. I'm pregnant in my first trimester, not sure whether it's best for me to go up to the hospital or ring 111 or not idk what to do. We have a baby already and we don't have childcare for him but i also don't want to go on my own incase somethings wrong with my baby due to me being so poorly??
