Staying active during pregnancy

Hey! Does anyone have any recommendations for apps to safely exercise during pregnancy? Ideally in the gym and at home workouts ☺️ TIA

I believe the general recommendation is to keep doing like light ish exercises and yoga or smt, not to start any new routines or sports when you're already pregnant

If active before pregnancy you can carry on as normal with modifications. There's plenty of youtube pregnancy workouts that I followed. X

@Anysah depends on the exercise

I was going to Barry's Bootcamp 3 to 4 a week for a long time before I got pregnant. The trainers modified the exercises for me, and kept going 3x a week until I was 30 weeks pregnant. I only stopped because I developed carpal tunnel

I wouldn't start doing anything heavier than you've been doing already, because it will cause a shock to your system and perhaps harm the baby.
