Also try not to sit on the toilet too long i feel like that just makes it worse and is actually a cause for hemorrhoids/piles. Oh! one more thing! Eat more fiber!! a big ass bowl of honey nut cheerios was a craving of mine with my son and i couldn’t figure out why i had to shit so much😅 turns out my addiction to cheerios had me GOING a couple times a day because i didn’t realize they contained so much fiber! BUT i didn’t have hemorrhoids til my 3rd trimester because of that. 😂😂😂
Hahah I will try more fiber thank you I don’t struggle to go it’s just the likes the bleeding and how big they are it’s a nightmare. It happened at like 28 weeks with my daughter it’s started earlier now 😭p.s I want cheerio’s now ahahah
WELL i’m not gonna be shy😂 We all get them, i’m almost halfway through my 2nd trimester and the constipation can be bad sometimes. Cucumber water tastes good and REALLY helps with hydration. When i drank some it actually reduced inflammation down there and helped me *Go* when i needed to. I also take some Colace. I try not to and i wouldn’t recommend it because if you use them too much your body may start to depend on them but if it’s been a few days and you’ve been straining it’s a good idea to take it.
