Nursery
My daughter starts nursery in January and they are putting her in toddler room. Is anyone else’s baby going in the toddler room . She is walking confidently but she’s TINY like 3-6 months clothing tiny. The kids in the toddler room are like 2 plus 😕 and charging around I’m scared she’s going to get hurt

I did ask, they said because she is confidently walking and the other little ones aren’t x
Are there any other children her age in the toddler room? As working in a nursery myself that doesn’t sit right with me at all. In our baby room there’s plenty of children who are walking confidentially but that isn’t a reason to move them up so soon. Anyway you can ask for her if she can stay in the baby room until she’s a bit older or even look around different nurseries and see at what age children move up there from a baby room to a toddler room x

My little girl is in a nursery and she won’t be moving up into the toddler room until she’s 20 months old so around August/September time. I would bring that up with the manager/owner and ask exactly why she’s going into a toddler room so young x
