Lower bump aches

Hi.. I'm 31+5.. Can anyone tell me of they're experiencing the same? From about Thursday I've been getting g aches in the lower bump area (like under the rounded bit). I'm not sure if baby has just adjusted position or what it may be. I thought it may have been from walking about a bit much while at work. Sometimes feels like the bladder can be full but I have just been to the toilet a lot of the time. It isn't constant, but can last a few hours.
