And well i wanna say 2 days ago I started spotting and now im having an actual bright red period. I am breastfeeding but also supplementing with formula. It doesn’t trigger a period no. But it shouldn’t noticeably delay one either? “Q. How does Plan B One-Step work?
A. Plan B One-Step works before release of an egg from the ovary. As a result, Plan B One-Step usually stops or delays the release of an egg from the ovary. It is one tablet that contains a higher dose of levonorgestrel than birth control pills and works in a similar way to prevent pregnancy.” https://www.fda.gov/drugs/postmarket-drug-safety-information-patients-and-providers/plan-b-one-step-15-mg-levonorgestrel-information#:~:text=Plan%20B%20One%2DStep%20works,similar%20way%20to%20prevent%20pregnancy.

I exclusively breast fed my son & I got my period back 5 months pp 🤷‍♀️ sometimes that’s just how the cookie crumbles the window they give is anywhere from 2 weeks post partum - 2 years for when to expect a period postpartum

They use to say breastfeeding was birth control for some reason
