I offer 4 7 ounce bottles and she usually drinks all of them and shes on 3 meals but doesn't wake for milk at night anymore x
My LO has 4 8oz bottles a day and I offer a bit of food at 2ish and then a bit more food at 6.
3 8oz bottles, 3 meals, 2 snacks and dessert, he doesn’t have any milk at night either x
@Elena where do you get your meal inspiration from?
@Shruti I’m a foodie, I love to cook so I just make it up 😂 he has majority of the dinners we have unless of course it’s unhealthy etc, breakfasts are always beans on toast, homemade muffins, crumpets, pancakes, yoghurt etc with fruit and lunches I make egg cups with different fillings, mashed up veg, croquettes, fritters, fish fingers etc x
That sounds amazing - do you have any receipes you could share? I would be so grateful! Espcially the egg cups and muffin receipes
