Universal credit and childcare

Hi, my 10month old starts nursery next month we have paid the nursery with funding for January, we claim UC so we get the 85% we have reported childcare Costs but it didn’t ask for proof we have sent multiple messages explaining this still no reply then I heard if we try report the payment again they send a link on the to do list or journal with Provide Proof link then upload from there but it been over a week and still not heard from them. Has anyone had this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Or shall I just wait for my next payment and see? Thanks!
