Dont be brave...get the medication. I also kept crackers on me and ate them regularly...getting hungry made me nauseous and the thought of eating made me nauseous so if you snack regularly then it'll help! Sour hard candies also helped.
Skip your prenatal one morning and see if that makes a difference. My prenatal had fish oil in it and turns out I was sensitive to that. And had to find some new vitamins. Also make sure you are eating a small bite of food every hour or two.
