I’ve tried everything books getting electric toothbrush she just hates it so that’s the only way x
I do between legs on floor with arms under. He loves to brush his own teeth because of the toothpaste so I let him do himself as well. If he doesn’t open his mouth I tickle him.
We let our toddler play with our phone or usually watch a video for the length it takes to brush his teeth. He loves it and makes the process so much easier
Not always easy but a bit better recently. She plays on the phone sometimes but we've also told her the fairies are watching and that's working at the minute.
Put tooth brushing videos on on YouTube. There’s a blippi one and loads more. X

I always look in her mouth and say I can see food she’s eaten that day, naming the food items and that encouraged her to brush them away. ‘Brush away them grapes, any yoghurt left in there’… I’ve also let her do it herself, and then done a bit myself to finish and make sure their clean.
My daughter hates getting her teeth brushed the dentist told me to lay her between my legs with her arms under my legs brush her teeth that way xx
