Haven’t had my period in 4 months (I have a 9m old baby) and I stopped breastfeeding when she was 4m. Doctor said period can take up to a year to regulate also asked if I was pregnant I said no (there was no doubt in my mind). I am not on the pill but me and my partner were barely doing it and now started using condoms a few months ago. Anyway I’m laying in bed and randomly feel small movements in my belly. I’m so scared, I hope it’s in my head cause being pregnant right now and having another baby is reallllly bad timing for us, mentally and financially 😩😩😩

Did you get it before you stopped breastfeeding? They can take a year to regulate again so if you haven't had one after giving birth
@Elizabeth yes I got it when I stopped breastfeeding, and I also had it when I was breastfeeding but yea it was irregular and then 4months ago fully stopped until now, not even spotting or nothing
Ma’am please take a test. Give yourself and your mind that peace it needs. Because if you had it back and now it’s gone. It could be a baby.
