Unfortunately it does take longer for them to use the potty/toilet for poo... Maybe try a toilet step rather than potty? And tell him that when he poos in the toilet he can flush it and say 'bye bye poo poo'... My daughter has been potty trained for 13 months now but pooing she's only started doing since August as she wouldn't poo... She was holding it 😔 but it just clicked and she now uses the toilet no issues
I'd say keep doing what you're doing. My son was pooing on the floor and over time he just got disgusted himself by it 😂... Took a couple months but now he's excellent with poos! It's all part of the learning and recognising how it feels too need to go Use chocolate coins or something potentially to maybe help encourage him. We did a minstrel for a while. Also we read books to do with potty training to help him understand xx
Ready, willing and able. My friends daughter did the same for months. They put her back in a nappy after trying for 6 months. Bak in nappy for 3 months and then suddenly she went and that was it. No more nappies. Kids will do it when they are ready.
I’m so scared of poop
