Lunch ideas when out

Hi all, anyone any ideas for lunches that I can pack to take when out for the day that can be ate cold? Don’t always have access to a microwave and coffee shops don’t always cater for little ones.

Ham and grated cheese sandwiches in small squares or any sandwiches. You could pre cook fritters or potato tots and they can be eaten cold.

I usually just resort to a melty stick, cucumber rounds and fruit that’s not too messy like grapes. She’s not a big lunchtime eater yet so I’m not too concerned

get food termos , i have stanley one and so happy with it , just put everything while hot and it stays hot . i just take plate with me where to transfer it . otherwise its sandwich wrap

I have a bunch of the following batch cooked in the freezer which I defrost every so often to take out in a little packed lunch box: https://thisbristolmum.com/pizza-pinwheels/ https://weelicious.com/baby-frittatas/ https://www.myfussyeater.com/broccoli-cheese-frittata-fingers/ https://mykidslickthebowl.com/carrot-muffins/ These are great for lunch along with some cucumber etc
