Has anyone experience anything similar

My husband, ex wife was found guilty for contempt 2nd time in a row for denying parenting time . Even with the new court order, ordering that she allow him to make up his time . She’s still denying parenting time . My husband filed for contempt again and a motion to have his son live with him . Is it possible that the judge will grant motion for his son to live with him because his ex wife is still not complying with the order ?
