Tears
My baby is almost 4 months old and has never gave out proper tears is this something I should be concerned about?

They tend to have real tears between 1-3 months, I’d maybe contact the doctors or HV to see if they can check for a blocked tear duct if baby doesn’t have tears soon
Yeah I’d raise this with the HV, my son started crying real tears about 2 months I think but it’s not often he does it unless he’s really crying, which is rare x

Babies don't produce real tears until around 1 I believe it is, it's normal :) xx
