Split nights

Anyone going through this atm? My LO wakes around 2 and it takes hours to get him back, then once he's down I have about an hour before my toddler wakes up for the day 😶😶 it's killing me!!! Any tips welcome...also just anyone in it too, would love to hear I'm not the only one
