I use them in pretty much any slow simmer/sauce recipe instead of chicken breasts tbh as they’re cheaper and have more flavour! https://simply-delicious-food.com/easy-weeknight-chicken-curry-with-cucumber-yoghurt-and-roti/ https://www.recipetineats.com/chicken-fricassee-quick-french-chicken-stew/#wprm-recipe-container-68904 ^^Those are definitely two of my most used recipes! I also like making a marinade with dark soy/brown sugar/cayenne (or chilled flakes)/garlic and a bit of sesame oil. Chuck the thighs in for a few hours, then cook in the oven at 200°c for about 25 mins and they’re AMAAAZING on top of ramen with a soft boiled egg and pak choi 🤤
Love this one https://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/jamaican-jerk-chicken-with-rice-and-peas
Marinade them in harissa paste and put them in the airfryer so the skin goes nice and crispy
I do one where it has couscous and green olives in it x
