Constipation

Hi girls. Does anyone have any tips on constipation please? I’ve tried massaging her belly and a warm bath but no luck 🥲 thank you x

Prunes, the little pouches of them work a treat for us or raisins xx

My little boy suffers with really bad constipation, we give him prune pouches and keep lactulose in the cupboard just incase it gets really bad. I spoke to a doctor about it the other day and he said to make sure he’s doing lots of walking, but my toddler doesn’t stop running around so that can’t be it 😂

I got prunes pouches from aldi and it work for us

Prune pouches . Also swimming seems to work quite well, a couple of hours after she always does a huge 💩 🤣

One time I gave my little one a prune pouch after her dinner not knowing dad had given her one after breakfast and yeah definitely recommend prunes 😅 and make sure they are drinking plenty of water x

My little girl has really bad constipation and has to have lactulose every day. The doctor said if I don't stay on top of it she could end up with chronic constipation. We try prune pouches occasionally and pears but it's always worse after 3 days at nursery. One thing the doctor said was to replace weetabix with oatabix as oats are easier to digest.

My daughter has been on medication for constipation for a very long time best things that have worked are prunes, any sort of berries, freshly squeezed orange juice and a weird one but weetabix
