Does it have any blood in it ? It’s best to take a pic and ask someone x

Maybe take a pic and call the hospital maternity ward xx

When I lost my mucus plug, it wasn't white. It was clear and like a jelly like substance. No blood, no color.

i was losing bits of my music plug from 37 weeks up until i gave birth, it’s not necessarily a sign that labour is near, more so that your body is getting in gear for it, it regenerates until it’s go time!

Don’t panic 😊 It happened to me too at 32 weeks and the hospital staff said it’s absolutely fine as the mucus plug can regenerate again. I gave birth to my baby girl in September this year xx

It doesn't matter either way if there's no blood 😊 x

Sounds like discharge. Mucus plug is usually jelly like x

I lost mine at 34 weeks and called my pregnancy assessment unit. They said without any other symptoms of labour (e.g. contractions) then it doesn't really mean a lot. I'm now 37 weeks and still nothing.

Mucus plug is like this big snot like jelly thing. Usually a little tinged pink/red. What is the consistency of what you’re experiencing? But also it doesn’t really matter too much either way. Women can lose it anywhere from a few days to a few weeks before labour! Just mention it to your midwife as it’s good for them to note down
