Teeth grinding
Help!
My 20 month old has been grinding her teeth all morning. I have never heard her do this before. Any reasons as to why she would be doing this? Or ways to get her to stop? The sound is awful and it can’t be good for her teeth.

It’s the worst sound ever! Like nails on a chalkboard. My 19 month old does it because he’s teething.
Thanks girls! It was/is so random and out of nowhere. She’s almost two and has never done it, kinda freaked me out lol
It’s normal for her to grind. It just means they’re growing. Coming from a ped dentist
