How many oz to feed?

On the kendamil instructions do you go by weight of baby or age of baby as my baby is 14lb but only 6weeks old? He's currently on 5oz or 150ml but I do feel like if I offered more he would take it but it says 180ml is for a 4-5 month old but it lines up with his weight so I'm not sure. Would 6oz be too much for a 6 week old in one feed? He is a hungry baby and he's gaining weight fast. During the day he wakes every 3/4 hours for a feed but in the night he's waking every 2 hours do you reckon I should be offering a bit more during the night?

Go by weight. My boy is 6.5 weeks and is 13lb 6oz he has 7oz every 4 hours but doesn’t have any overnight (last bottle at 10pm next bottle is 6am)

I would just go by feeding cues tbh as these are just guidelines and every baby is so different instead of offering more in one bottle which may cause him to be sick maybe offer smaller feeds more regular? This is what we were advised to do so maybe do every 3 hours and offer less? Or you could try the 6oz to see if he can tolerate it? Just a testing game really, I know mine does abit better with the reflux and sick if I’m offering less milk but more often xx

My boy is 6 weeks and we make bottles with 6 scoops/180ml. He doesn’t always take that much but there are times where he does take more than 150ml

My lo is 6 weeks has 6 oz she weights around 8.7 x
