That’s it. It’s freaking exhausting. I’m at the end of my stamina. Hopefully three is more manageable tantrum wise.

My baby is only 10mo but as an early years educator I know what you mean. It has to be even more tiring when you're the mom! It is so worth it, he/she will be a healthier person thanks to the effort you're making right now. You're giving she/he a great sense of self and helping with their development. Well done mama! You deserve the world!!

I have the same problem with my three year old. I tell her once, I see you're angry/upset/disappointed. I can't help you until you calm down. I don't want to be screamed at.
Then I put on one ear bud and ignore whatever screaming fit they have. Whenever she stops I offer a hug or we talk about it
