Discomfort at night

Hi, I’m looking for advice. My youngest (7 months) over the last 3 weeks is having difficulty at night. She goes down fine but about an hour - 3 hours after bedtime she wakes and it’s like she’s uncomfortable, she’s trying to sleep but as she nods off is pulling knees up, fidgeting, crying, can’t get comfy, will only settle on me and I can’t put her down. It’s not been every night but has come out the blue and can last an hour or 2. I try winding her, tummy massages, changing positions in case it’s wind but nothing ever comes up. She calms with a lot of rocking which the rest of the time for naps and sleeps she doesn’t need and usually doesn’t like. It’ll then suddenly pass and she’s fine the rest of the night. Feeds, nods straight off and back in the cot first time (🤞) I’ve cut right back on her solids in case they were a bit too heavy. She’s a really easy going baby and hardly cries apart from this thing that’s happening most nights between 9 and midnight Just wondered if anyone’s had this before with their little ones and what it could be / how to stop it? (Sorry it’s a long post)

I had this with both my boys. It's definitely trapped wind, but none of the techniques seemed to help. We used gripe water in the bedtime milk, which helped a bit. But eventually they just grew out if it - eldest at about 9 months and (I hope) youngest is just coming through it now at nearly 14 months. Prune puree at dinner has helped a bit with him, as well as reducing volume of bedtime milk and moving it a bit earlier.
