Ugh I need food help

My daughter (2 at the end of Jan) has basically stopped eating. I usually make sure to offer her a safe food with meals, but now unless it’s cheese or fruit she basically will just scream and cry for cheese or fruit. I’m starting to actually worry about her health and I don’t know how to go from here.

The same is happening over here. He is all about fruits, yogurt, oat bars, mush, and milk but not really eating his food. 😅 He will be 2 on 01.18 I think his second molars are coming.

Same hereeee and my son was a great eater and so I hate it but I believe this is a phase and long as they are not loosing weight it is ok. He seems to eat breakfast then from there it’s just fruit and milk some bobos or yogurt snacks 😭

Okay thank you guys 😭 I feel so much more at ease that it’s not just my toddler

My mum told me when my sister was just under 2 she went through a phase for about a month where she'd only eat ham sandwiches and wotsits. Dr advised to give the food she wants but keep offering food alongside it, even if u know she'll reject it. It was a phase as she did start eating other stuff again but as I said, it did last about a month. My boy has gotten fussier as he's got older so I know how frustrating it can feel!

My daughter has been 19 lbs since her 15 month checkup. I’m worried about her weight even though her doctors aren’t since her height and head growth is consistent. Letting her roam around and play during meals has helped a lot. I’m hoping this is a phase she’ll grow out of so we can get back to normal meal times but I’m happy as long as she’s eating. I keep a plate of options and a cup of water on my coffee table at all times. She hates anything with dairy and any kind of sauce. Her safe foods are: Breakfast sausage links Scrambled eggs with spinach Homemade chicken nuggets Homemade French fries Peanut butter sandwiches Veggie straws

That sounds so tough! Will she do a fruit smoothie with hidden veggies and protein? Im kinda waiting for my daughter to go through a phase like this because it seems common at this age and have been researching multivitamins to help bridge any nutritional gaps.
