Right now my cervix is high I spotted a dime size amount theee days post period and then again a dime size amount today

So my periods tend to last a while. My last one was 11 days long. I started taking ovulation tests a couple of days before my anticipated ovulation days at days 10-12 but I’ve gotten negative results
