We just kept checking the website for any tests becoming available. When we first looked for appointments we checked the 4 closest centers, earliest appointment was all Feb/March time, when we checked again a week later a couple had come up that were 2 weeks away. We didn't end up using it but I read a lot of reviews on intensive courses that claim to get you an earlier test, which they actually can't and a few people recommend the app called Testi
Isn’t £62 the normal price for a test even if it’s a cancellation one?
£62 is the legit price for a driving test.
Yes it is supposed to be £62. But when you do it via instructor third party they charge over £200 for a slot.. unfortunately.
I’m pretty sure that must be illegal? My partners instructor booked his Litterally last week and charged him £62
If you're doing the test with the instructor though you're paying for the test and time for the instructor to be there and many instructors do a lesson straight before the test too.
Download testi, you get notifications of cancellations
