Child maintenance as the receiving parent
I know some people on here have step children as well as being separated from their child’s father. I was just wondering how much information you receive from Child Maintenance about the paying parent’s income? In my partners letters from CM, it obviously states what his gross income was and how much he’ll be paying. Does her mum get that same information? Or just how much she’ll receive rather than his income?

No idea. My husband always gets questions on his wage from his ex and is nothing to do with her but it's because of the csa

Yeah they send the paying parents income to the receiving parent . I think it’s crazy but then again they’ll be able to work it out anyway depending on what percentage of the income their entitled to
