It could take about a few months…i would honestly try not to focus on how your body is looking ,but on how you are feeling when you work out. It seems hard to even think of it…but I feel like if you are enjoying what you are doing you’re going to feel it when you wake up the next day…those leg days, arms days, ab…even when working on the buns….i think if you feel what you worked on it did purpose to your body. Stay calm and keep working on you! You got this! I would maybe check back on your journey 3 months after. And then do another 3 months to see the difference on yourself.
6-8 weeks to see and feel a difference
usually takes 8+ weeks to see any difference.
I think most weight loss advertising kind of lies about expectations lol… I lost 70 pounds but it took me a year and a half. 0.5 to 1 pound per week is good progress!
Gonna take a lot longer especially if you don’t change your diet
It definitely takes time. Once I was cleared by my doctor, I still had to take my time as I was sore and just not mentally ready to try and get my body back. Be patient, listen to your body, and eat right. Importantly, don’t compare your fitness journey to someone else’s.
As a trainer, I would say it depends, but around eight weeks to three months. Challenge yourself for at least three months, at least three times a week.
2 weeks to feel a difference, 4 weeks to see a difference
